A national TV provider needed material to help their overseas sales agents connect with a service that is only available in the US. Through observation & data analysis, I was able to identify their key needs and a solution with $0 additional investment. Using Microsoft PowerPoint, I developed a comprehensive, interactive, screen-by-screen simulated walkthrough detailing what it’s like to use the preferred provider’s equipment.
